Anderson Window Balancers

I need some help. If you give some guidance as to what part numbers I need for my Anderson windows. I have 6 windows that lower sash measure 28 1/2 inches wide and 23 and 7/8 inches high. I also have one that is 32 inches wide and 15 inches high. I would like to replace the balancers but do not know what to buy. The house was built in 1987 and the windows do not tilt.

We will need to know what numbers are stamped on the balance boxes themselves. In fact, it might even be better if we see a few pictures of the stamps. Sometimes the way the numbers are printed is just as important as the numbers themselves. You will have to remove the balances in order to get the stamps.

The numbers on the balancers are the same for the left and the right. One set is 11600-17 and the other numbers are D61 7427 8-86 If pictures are need just let me know. What is the turn around for these my window is hanging wide open.

Ah, I think that's the one we want. I've seen the 7427 stamp before, and we have recommended our 24-737 balance. Is the 4 printed differently than the 7 and 27, maybe a different size?

Yes the 4 is different size and and I can't say the 27 is different though. Are we good to go with the 24-737?
