Anderson Window Balances

Thanks for your question. We usually recommend to remove the balance from the window. You will notice two sets of stamped numbers. The first set will read "11600-17". Those are not the numbers we need. We would need the second numbers that are adjacent to the first set of numbers. You may provide us with those numbers and we should be able to locate its replacement. You also have the option of sending us photos of the sash balance with the stamp showing, and we can locate a match for you that way as well.

If the windows are the same type and size, then the balances will be the same.
