Anderson Window Balances

Question

Looking for two Anderson replacement balances only stamped ID # are 11600-17 and number BJ13 5#19 7-87. Looking for 4 balances only stamped ID# are 11600-17 and number P82 12#27 6-87. Please advise what replacement parts I need so I can order parts.
