Hello,
I have 3 Anderson double hung windows with 1 broken counter balance each. 1 has glass dimensions 32"x 27". 1 has glass dims of 24"x 27", and 1 has glass dims of 32"x 25" Photo attached is from the first 32x27 above.
There are 2 sets of numbers on the broken CB (D76 7427 1-87). The other number shown is (11600-17). I cannot match the broken device to any of the parts shown On your web site. Help.
