Anderson Window Cranks

A home owner from USA says:
I've seen a lot of different information on Anderson Window Cranks on your website. My crank on the top reads C-9400A-1 and the bottom reads F-9400-8A. The windows were placed around 15 years ago. Do you have a replacement part?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
When I look up that information, I get our 39-099. However, I cannot guarantee that this is what you have. The only way I can be sure is if I see a few pictures of your operator fully removed from the window.
A home owner says:
Here are the pictures...what do you think?

Ah, perfect. This looks more like the 39-264. You may also need our 39-362 adapter plate if your window unit was manufactured from 1995 to 1998.
