Anderson Window Operator

A quick learner from Deptford, nj says:
I need a new operator for a Anderson casement window CSW -5, right-side, locks on left. Made in Jan 1980. I know its a straight 9" (estimate)arm. It looks like part number 39-095 is the correct one. Could you verify for me and confirm before I order? Thank you
