Anderson Window SASH Balances Part Identification

I have removed the left/right sash balances on one of my 1989 Vintage Double-Hung Andersen Windows and only find the numbers 11600 17, 111600A-3, and 927 R 477 89 and maybe (badly tarnished) 3.333.435 best guess. See pictures and let me know what would be the most appropriate Sash Balance to Order. Thanks!
