Hello,

I have two Anderson Windows which have a broken sash balance. I followed your online video (thanks!!) and took a picture of the balance. Can you help identify which part I need to order? I'd like to order four of them where I'll replace them all at the same time.

I've uploaded a pic.

Hello! Based on your old stamp of 10#31, I recommend the 24-1033 Andersen sash balance. This should be a good replacement for you.
