Anderson Window Sash Balance Identification & Replacement Parts

I have 2 windows requiring sash balances.  I've attached photos of the parts.  There are 2 numbers on the parts that I can identify: 11600-17 & E43 9#27 6-86.  From your literature I it appears the part # may be 927.  I am hoping after you review of the photos, you can determine if this is correct and provide me with the proper information to get the parts on order.
