Anderson Window balance

Hello -

I am looking to replace some Anderson window balances. The numbers on my right balance are BP23 12#27 4-86

Can you tell me which balance I should order?

I sure can, Chris. I recommend our 24-1231. This can replace Andersen balances stamped with "12#27."
