Anderson Window balancer Replacement

Question

My house was built in 1994 so I guesss that makes it a slim window.....Do It Yourselfer

the numbers I see are 11600A-3, 11600-17, and 1031 2 __60(?) 0394 ( the flange as in pic)

The 1031 stamped on your balance would correspond to the 24-1033 Andersen sash balance. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thanks for posting!
