Anderson Window balances

HI,
Need Anderson window balancers. Windows were approx installed 1987. Not sure of your part #. Do they come with the sash cords attached??
Hopefully the pics are usable for you. If not I'll send more.

Hello,

Based on the 9#27 stamp code on your Andersen sash balance, you would need the 24-939 for your repair. Take a look and review the specifications shown on our product page. Thanks for posting.

Is there a Left and Right? Did not see any L or R on the balances.
I didn't notice if the sash cords were different lenghts when I had the windows out and the pics were the left and right balance of the window. Just trying to be sure B4 I order.

The 24-939 is not handed, meaning that it can be used to replace the balance on the left and right sides of the window. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
