Anderson Window crank doesn't grip to open or close.

Kitchen window: This is just the first of my windows that can't open. On the moving section, says "Anderson 103).

First, disconnect the operator from the window and try to open and close the sash manually. If you still have problems, then there may be another issue. Check for anything that may be obstructing the hinges or track.

If it works fine, though, then consider replacing your operators entirely with our 39-147 and 39-146.
