Finally got the boxes out, whew, and the numbers on them are:
top right corner 11600-17
lower right corner hand stamped K9 827 12-87
Window has 2 panes, each pane is
21 15/16" tall and 28 7/16" wide
Please tell me what sash balance numbers to order, thanks.

The K9 827 12-87 stamp code corresponds to the 24-837 Andersen sash balance. The glass dimensions also confirm that this would be the correct replacement. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.
