Anderson Window sash balancer

Question

Hope you can help. We are looking for a part to replace out Andersen Window balancer. Our window no longer stays up. This is the only numbers we see on the part, but not sure which one to order. Any help you can give would be appreciated. Thank you, Michel

Thanks for reaching out! The stamp on your balance indicates that you'll need the 24-939 Andersen Sash Balance. These are made to replace balances stamped with a 931, 937, or 939. They are not designated for any particular side of the window.
