Thanks for posting! Please see our 24-939 balance. This replaces Andersen balance boxes stamped with "9#31"

I received the new balances and installed them today. They work fine. Thank you. I will order two more pairs.

Meantime I have a couple more windows, smaller. Attached is a picture of a balance from one of those.

Can you tell me the product number for that one?

My pleasure. The key stamp here is "4#19." I recommend our 24-431 Andersen sash balance.
