I have an old Anderson Window (about 40 years old). The sash cord on the front sash broke on both sides. I took the window apart and looked at the window balances. There appears to be two numbers:
E60-4#278
11600-17
I could not remove the balances since the rear sash is still operating. Will you be able to help me out identifying the replace part? Thank you.

Hello, Michael! The key stamp here is "4#27." That tells me that you can use our 24-431 as a replacement. This is used on both the left and right hand side.
