Anderson Windows shas balancer

I am looking for a replacement sash balancer for a double-hung Anderson window. It is a narrow-line window with a visible glass area measuring 36 7/16 inches wide by 16 inches high. I have uploaded three photos: one of the window etching and two of the numbers on the sash balancer. Any help you can provide would be helpful.


I also need some weather stripping for the top and bottom of the window. The weather stripping appears to be 3/8 inch (H) by 3/8 inch (W), with a total length of at least 40 inches.
