Anderson awning window bar glider (?) plastic

Question

The little plastic gliding piece which attaches to the bar outside the window, pushing it open and pulling it closed when cranked, is broken. I'm looking for. replacement for the plastic piece or bar with plastic piece. Photos are attached.

Hi there Kevin.

I'm afraid we don't sell this white piece separately. We can only offer the whole assembly such as the 39-099 for windows made after 1999. The 39-343 operator is for windows from 1995-1998. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
