Anderson balancer

Question

there does not seem to be a part number stamped on these,  the only number I see stamped is 83187 in very large print on there side,   the unit measures 2 7/8ths by 6 1/4.     The string is incredibly tight,  really hard to pull it out to get any slack.,     Just one of the two strings is broken so I have to hold the one good one while I remove the balancer,  really tight!
