I am in need of a couple of sash balancers. After watching your video I was able to dis-assemble my window enough to find the balancers. Now I need help in figuring out which balancer(s) to buy. On my units I found the following numbers:
11600-17 and D427#27 8-05. Thanks for your sight and help.

Take a look at the 24-737 Andersen Sash Balance. You'll notice it corresponds with the "7#27" stamp number on your current balances.
