Anderson balances

Question

I have retrieved the bal. from the window. I'm confused on the size. When I look for it on your sight the numbers are a little different. What should I order for these #'s
11600-17
827
And is there a left and right? or one can go on each side?????

An 827 stamp would be replaced by our 24-837 Andersen sash balance, which would use the same balance on the left and right side. Thank you!
