Anderson bow window cranks

A home owner from Massena New York says:
I have two bow windows both Anderson, one has a straight arm with 9 3/8" length and the screw holes are are about 3 7/8" apart, looking from inside the house i need the one for the left side of bow window? No. on arm 41.

The other downstairs has a split arm and the holes are 3 7/8" apart,with the short arm being about 4 1/2" There is a no. on the arm 1361316. This window is on the right looking from inside the house. Both windows are about 21".Both vinyl clad windows.
Any help will be appreciated.

Good morning, and thank you for the great pictures! For the first balance, with the 9-3/8" arm, please see our 39-094 & 39-095 Andersen Straight Arm Operators and see if they match your existing hardware.

For the operators marked 1361316, you should look at our 39-146 & 39-147 Andersen Window Cranks.

Compare the measurements to your original hardware and let us know if they differ in any way.
