The windows are hard t open, house sits off the ocean water, so could be the salt in the air, affected the operation, especially since previous owners didnt maintain the windows

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 39-146 and 39-147 Andersen window operators. These are compatible with the 39-160 bracket and 39-286 handle which is sold separately. As for the hinge, start by having a look at the 36-048. We also have a stainless steel hinge set, the 36-004-10. Note that you'll want to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time. Review the specifications for the mentioned parts and see if they match your repair needs.
