Hello,

Your photo reminds me of the 39-099 or 39-343 but you'll need to compare the fitting attached to the end of the arm to an undamaged operator. 

If the end fitting matches ours, the correct replacement will depend on the age of your window. If your window was made after 1999, you would go with our 39-099 operator. If your windows have been made between 1995-1998, then you would need the 39-343. Take a look at both suggestions and see what you think.
