Anderson casement window

Home Owner from PA
Hello i have a Anderson casement window . It will work going out but not in. The plastic plate is cracked.  Do I need to replace just the plate to make it work or the whole thing? Also do you have the replacement part? Thank you Jared

Hi Jared,

Thanks for posting! Your window operator appears to have become completely stripped. To repair the window, you'll need to replace the entire operator.

I'm confident we can supply the replacement for it but I'll need to see a photo of the operator's arm(s) to identify the correct match.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Jared,

Yes, that is correct. Since the operator can no longer pull the window shut, the operator is stripped and cannot be repaired. You'll need the 39-146 Andersen Window Crank to replace it. While I'm confident this is the correct replacement, you'll need to be sure to carefully review and compare the dimensions.

The compatible hardware and accessories can be found tagged below, along with the opposite handed operator.
