Anderson casement window crank

My window crank is missing the housing and will not open the window. When I wind the handle in place it freezes and the window will not open. Can you recommend replacement parts? the only number I can find is on the handle. 7191A8.

Hello,
We'd be happy to recommend a replacement for your Andersen operator but we'll need to see the metal arms that move window sash in and out. The best way to do this is to open the window as far as it will go and take a photo of the entire mechanism. Thank you!
