Anderson casement window crank mechanism

A home owner from wickenburg az says:
13 inch arm, number stamped on arm top row = 1 361 485r. Second row= 1 361 482 hcr
I need a left and a right. I ground off the rivets and opened the mechanism. Found teeth ground off bevel gear that handle attachesboth left and right window. The vise grips in the picture are holding it together
