Anderson casement window cranks

Hello looking for Anderson casement crank replacements . Need one of each of the following :1) 1 361 485 R 1 361 482 HCR 2) 1 361 485L 1 361 483 HCRPlease let me know what I should be ordering. The arm from center of pin( under glass) and center of screw (at crank base) is 14" see attached photos.

We have two operators that may work for you, depending on when your window was made. If it was made after 1999, then I recommend the 39-099. However if it was made from 1995 to 1998, then see our 39-343 instead.

Tom -

Since my window was made in 03 I will go with the 39-009. Question is that the arm on my window is 14" from center to center ( as shown in previous photo I submitted) on you spec photo of they 39-099 that arm shows 9" center to center will this still work for my window?

Is the 39-009 the same for left and right?

Thanks for confirming. In that case, you should look at the 39-332 and 39-331 Anderson casement operators instead. These are also for windows made after 1999 and are for the left and right hand side. See if these are a better match.
