stamped on the top of the operator are the following 0-9400A-1 Right
it is a double arm unit.

Hello,

We can't be sure without seeing photos of your entire operator assembly but you may be looking for the 39-264 split arm Andersen crank. If the specifications match up to your part, please note that windows manufactured from 1995 to 1998 require the 39-362 adapter plate. Take a look and see what you think.

Hope that I have given you enough info with the pic. will need two right and two left operators

Thanks for getting back to us. Your photo does look like a match to the 39-264 but you should compare the dimensions shown on our product page to confirm they match up to yours. Please note that this operator can be used for left or right opening windows. Thanks for posting.
