So I have this anderson casement window, it cranks open, but not closed. The worm gear comes out when I try to crank the window closed.
See pictures attached to determine which part/s I need. In addition, almost every cover is missing screws.
I have 20 windows total which need screws, and they open easy but stick when trying to close...
Is there a cleaner or lubricant I can use for maintenance on the hinges/ arms of the mechanism?
Thanks for your input!
Ps I've included a picture of the cover of another matching window .

Sure, no problem! We recommend a white grease for an operator gear lubricant.
