Thanks for posting. This hardware is used by many different brands; but the 36-048 10" Hinge Set may work for you. That said, you'll need to compare the dimensions of your old hinge set to the new one to see if they match what you need. Note that when replacing hinge sets, it's best to replace both the top and bottom hinge on the window. Take a look at the specifications and video below, and let us know what you think.
