Anderson casement window replacement parts

A home owner from Montauk, NY says:
I have 34 year old Anderson casement windows and several are having crank issues. Several crank handles are slipping particularly during closing. I bought from you and installed a couple of cranks and some complete controllers, but I'm still having problems. Even the crank handles on the new controllers are slipping. Might I ordered the wrong size. The old and new look identical. One of my order numbers is 1240410. Jeff

Thanks for contacting us, Jeff, and for your patience during this busy summer.

Your operators look very similar to our 39-146 and 39-147, which are also Andersen brand. I think these are a promising place to start, but let me know what you think.
