The original part has J39 5427 12 86 stamped on it. Is there a replacement part number?

Hey there. I am afraid I can't cross-reference those codes to a specific Andersen balance in our records. Can you send us actual photos of the stamps on the balance box? Sometimes how the stamps are printed are just as big a clue as to what they state. We'll do our best to help from there.

Thanks for sending these pictures, this indeed helped. That stamp actually reads 5p27--that p is a special character that indicates the 5 27 is the important code. It suggests you can use the 24-531. This will replace Andersen balances with the 527 stamp.
