i have an Andersen sash counter balance part number

I cannot find any part with this number.
I need 4 replacements can you help

Here is a picture of the sags balance needed. I cannot find the part number

Thanks for posting! Please see SWISCO product code 24-737, Andersen Sash Balance, which can be used to replace balance boxes with the stamp 7#31.
