Hi there, if your Andersen crank has a 9-3/8" arm, I would start by looking over our 39-094 and 39-095. Carefully compare the dimensions to what you have now and let us know if you think these are a match.

There is a bracket that is the hinge for bottom of casement window scissor type 7 3/4in and 2 Arms of it left arm is 5 3/8
Right is about 5 1/4end to end.let me know if you have that also

We don't sell the Andersen hinge, but many customers in the past have successfully used our 36-048 to replace the original. The trick is that you have to replace the top and bottom at the same time.

Keep in mind that this is an educated guess. I would be happy to give a more confident recommendation if you could submit a photo of the original hinge.
