I can't make out what you have based on this photo, as you're just zoomed in on the back of the operator. Can you show me a top-down photo showing the complete mechanism in one shot? Thank you!

Well, there could be a few possibilities. You could have our 39-099, 39-343, or even our 39-264. There's no way to be sure going just by that number, I'm afraid.
