I need a sash balancer replacement kit for a Anderson dbl hung window and the glass measurement are width 20 1/4

Did you happen to remove the sash balance from the window? If so, we really would need the stamped number on the balance. Not the first set of numbers that say, "11600-17"; the second set of stamped numbers that are adjacent to those numbers.
