Anderson double hung window

Question

Need to replace my balance on my Anderson double hung window vinyl coated on outside , wood on inside , doesn't tilt in for cleaning , I think it's a narrow line 400 series window, built our house in 1980 , I took the balance out to order a new one but the # on it I can't find, the numbers on the one I took out were 11600 2 C51 6#23 5 79, is this # still available or is there a different number I can use? Hello! The key number here is the "6#23." This tells me that you can use our 24-637 as a replacement.
