Anderson double hung window sash balance

All of our Andersen sash balances are sold individually. Is there any way you can tell me the numbers printed on the balance box itself? That is the most reliable way of determining the proper match. We would need to know what each stamp reads. Otherwise, we will need to know the height and width of the visible glass for the sash in question.

Based on your information so far, it sounds like you might have a 34310 Andersen Narrowline window. This has been known to use our 24-1033 balance, but like Tom said the only way to be 100% sure is to know the stamps printed on the balance box itself. I know it's a bit of a hassle, but that is how Andersen designed these windows.
