Anderson exterior handle help

1) 33-109B : Andersen Bolt (1) 88-014 : Andersen Exterior Pull Handle, 5-1/2"
Handle did not work on the existing Anderson sliding door. The old handle had screw attachment points closer to one side and the handle I ordered had holes centered on the door plate. 5 1/2 inch spacing between the holes was accurate.My order was 1415426

Sorry to hear of your trouble with the 88-014. I believe your Andersen handle set is an older style. It may be require drilling new holes to install the newer style pulls. You could also contact Andersen but I am honestly not sure if your older style is available any longer. I apologize for the inconvenience.
