Anderson late 1990's window lock and keeper

Take a look at the 90-278 sash lock (2-1/16" hole center spacing) and 90-274 (2-1/4" hole center spacing). The backset is 11/16" for each. 

As for the keeper, the 90-237 comes to mind.
