Hello!

We can help with this. Before I make a recommendation, can you also show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel.

Yes, thank you! Based on the images you gave us, you can use the S380-27 or S385-27 with the 2640 stamp option. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe as shown below.
