Thanks for writing in. Can you specify the issue you are having? It looks like you have the Andersen 82-043 Tribeca Thumb Latch. This often works with the 82-037 Andersen Deadbolt. See the diagrams below and compare with your existing hardware to see if this matches up with what you have. Please specify what issues you are having, and we'd be happy to help further.
