This looks like our 82-037 Andersen mortise lock. Look this over and let me know what you think.

Looks correct except the locator pin is on the striker side on mine..is that ok?

Oh, I see what you mean. I didn't notice that at first, sorry. I think that'll be fine. Yours is likely just an older version.

Do you sell the lock with the handle as well?

We sell some Andersen door handles, but I don't know what you have. Can you show me a picture?

Ah, I see. I'm afraid we cannot replace this handle set. It hasn't been made for some years now. That said, if the only problem is that it's drooping, then replacing the mortise lock will fix it.

I dont need an exact replacement...any new variety will do. Just thought it would look nice having a new handle and lock actuator as well.

Hmm... the only handle we carry that may work for you would be the 88-013 inside and 88-014 outside pull. These are only made in white and stone. If you are going to change the handle to these then you could consider our 82-043 thumb lever and 82-316 key lock.

Would the Albany or Newbury not work?

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what that means. The handles I recommended in my last post are probably the only parts we carry that will work for your application.
