This looks just like our 82-043 latch. I think this may be what you were looking for, but let me know if you had any questions about our product.

One other thing to keep in mind is that the reason these thumb locks normally break is because the internal mortise isn't working like it used to. The more resistance the thumb lever has when you turn it, the more likely it will break just like yours has. With that in mind, you may also want to consider the 82-037
