Hello,

Take a look at the 38-056 and 38-057 casement locks, along with the 38-135 keeper. These may be newer versions of your original lock.

As for the operators, see the 39-151 and 39-095 depending on the length of the arm that moves the sash. These operators are used with the 39-286 handle. Thanks for posting!
