Anderson pivot pin

A handy person from Reading Pa says:
I have Anderson windows. The top sash of my double hung window has what is called a "combined guide and pivot pin". The counter balance fits to the end. I have Google the part and located the patent for it and the picture of it. It is made of nylon. The patent was issued to silverline building products that is owned by Anderson.

Problem? I can not locate this part in any of the various parts houses including Anderson. You show a very similar part on your part list of pivots. Your part is metal and the guide that would fit in the side track is 1/2 inch wide while this broken one I have is about 3/8.

thank You,

Please see new SWISCO product code 26-400, pivot bar. Do the installation holes line up to your original?
A quick learner from Reading Pa says:
Hello Donna,

It looks like your part #26-400, pivot bar will work fine as a replacement for the nylon part I wanted. I ordered Two.

Thanks for your help.

A home owner from Madison, WI says:
I have Norandex Windows in my house. The plastic pivot bar has broken from several of them. Since Norandex is out of business, I guess my Life Time Warranty is also.
This Pivot Bar #26-400 looks almost exactly like the ones that have broken on my windows. As far as I can tell, the measurements are almost exactly the same.
Has anyone ordered this part to replace the Norandex part?
