Anderson replacement balance

Hi:
The following numbers are on the balance. 11600-2. Down in the corner of the balance is another number. J75 5#23 12-81. The window is double hung. The size of the windows are 24in. by 16 in.
What replacement number do you recommend?

I recommend our 24-531. This can replace Andersen sash balances with a stamp of 5#23.

Installed the new balances today. The job is not hard to do at all. The window now works great! Thanks for your help and quick mailing of the proper balances. The video on how to install was very good. The hardest part of the whole job was re- installing the side plastic panel on the window. The panel is stiff and it is easy to buckle it. Thanks again!
