Anderson replacement balancer part number needed

Question

I need the replace the number for this Anderson Double Hung Window balancer.
I believe the window was installed in 1987

The numbers stamping are:

11600-17

E58 9#31 5 87

I recommend our 24-939 Andersen sash balance. This can replace all older balances stamped with "9#31."
